Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: We understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable, but to ensure that we can accommodate all our clients and maintain our schedule, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy: 1. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur any charges. 2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. 3. No-shows (clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice) will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
